At Worth Collective, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Refund or Credit

After our team inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
